• Lead leaders at site Operations Planning & Controlling (OPC) Singapore, Bangkok, Malaysia, Batam, TIJ in senior management roles in Asia
• Develop and drive site strategy in accordance with the company / backend (BE) overall strategy, TCR and productivity projects
• Operatively responsible for volume planning, material planning and resource planning across multiple time zones and for the majority of the BE value add.

We are looking for an Assistant Director, Fundraising & Partnerships to lead a major fundraising and partnerships workstream end-to-end. This role is for someone who can think strategically, write persuasively, build trusted relationships, and keep momentum moving without creating chaos. You will work closely with the CEO, sub-committees and internal teams to grow sustainable income, deepen corporate and community partnerships, and strengthen supporter stewardship in a way that is ethical, disciplined and deeply human.

What you will do

1) Lead fundraising and partnerships growth

• Develop and drive an integrated fundraising and partnerships strategy aligned with BCF’s mission, annual priorities and long-term sustainability goals.
• Build and manage a diversified pipeline across corporate partnerships, major gifts, individual donors, grants and foundations, campaigns, events and community fundraising.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new opportunities that strengthen income, reach and long-term strategic value.
• Re-engage past donors and historic partners through structured stewardship and thoughtful relationship-building.

3) Build strategic relationships that last

5) Drive disciplined cross-functional delivery

• Work closely with Advocacy & Communications, Programmes & Services, Finance and Operations to align plans, roles, timelines, dependencies and definitions of success early.
• Ensure fundraising initiatives have clear owners, milestones, risks, follow-through actions and reporting rhythm.
• Surface issues, trade-offs and support needed early, rather than relying on heroic last-minute recovery.
• Help connect fundraising, programme delivery and communications so BCF shows up as One BCF, not separate departments with separate stories.

6) Strengthen governance, systems and reporting

• Ensure fundraising and partnership activities are carried out in line with BCF policies, governance requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Maintain strong donor administration discipline, including accurate donation records, stewardship tracking and timely documentation.
• Monitor fundraising income, pipeline health, donor engagement and partnership outcomes, and provide clear reporting and recommendations.
• Prepare structured updates and dashboards for senior leadership and relevant sub-committees, including issues, evidence, options and recommended next steps.
• Strengthen the use of CRM, donor data and reporting tools to improve pipeline management, stewardship and decision-making.

Job scope:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DACE Course Developer with strong technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement quality courses for adult learners. This role also involves assisting with the preparation and submission of all necessary documents to obtain SSG funding. The ideal candidate will have expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and a solid understanding of the SSG funding requirements and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development:

• Design and develop high-quality training programs and courses based on adult learning principles and aligned with the DACE framework.
• Develop course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content, to meet the needs of diverse adult learners.
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate existing courses to ensure alignment with current industry standards and SSG funding requirements.

SSG Funding Compliance:

• Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications for SSG funding, ensuring compliance with SSG requirements and guidelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Stay updated with changes in SSG funding policies, regulations, and guidelines to ensure continued eligibility for funding.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all course content meets the required quality standards and is in compliance with relevant regulatory and accreditation bodies.
• Regularly review and update course materials based on feedback, industry trends, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and trainers to enhance course content and delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to facilitators to ensure effective delivery of courses.

Technical Knowledge Application:

• Utilize technical skills to develop e-learning content and implement learning management systems (LMS).
• Leverage data analytics to track course effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and SSG funding requirements.
• Experience in preparing and submitting SSG funding applications.
• Proficiency in using e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and content authoring software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing e-learning content for adult learners.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) frameworks and funding guidelines.
