Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process guest check-ins and room assignments following the hotels' rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies. Accommodate special requests when possible.

• Hand on doing front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
