• Handles all clients inquires, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders
• Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation in tandem to invoice generation
• Collaboration with all departments to better address clients needs, providing regular updates to higher management
• Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations
• Support & involvement in continuous improvement programs with internal team to ensure control & processes to provide a high level of customer service & work efficiencies
• Upselling company products and identify new business opportunities through clients’ referrals

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.
• With 1 - 2 years work experience in Freight Forwarding 
• With permit declaration through Tradenet is preferable
• Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc

Job Responsibilities:

1. Global Marketing Campaigns

• Support the development and rollout of global marketing campaigns across regions

• Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all markets

• Coordinate with country teams to localize campaigns while maintaining global brand standards

• Oversee production of marketing collateral (digital, print, video, event materials)

2. Brand & Creative Coordination

• Work closely with design and creative teams to ensure high-quality, premium outputs

• Provide input on campaign concepts, key visuals, and brand storytelling

• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, including events, social media, and marketing materials

3. Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, incentive trips, conferences, and product launches

• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site execution

• Develop event timelines, run sheets, and rehearsal schedules

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (agencies, hotels, suppliers) to ensure smooth delivery

• Oversee on-site operations and troubleshoot any issues during events

4. Content & Communications

• Draft and refine marketing copy, event announcements, and internal communications

• Support social media and digital marketing initiatives

5. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries/regions

• Manage communication with vendors, partners, and stakeholders

• Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations

6. Budget & Reporting

• Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor quotations

• Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency

• Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or event management
