• As a Vessel Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the safe operation of a fleet of vessels assigned to you.

1. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Strategic & Departmental Management

E. Technical Oversight & Problem-Solving

F. Contract & Commercial Management
·      Oversee maintenance contract renewals, service proposals, and pricing structures.
·      Support sales in developing competitive service quotations and tenders.
·      Monitor revenue performance and ensure Service Department meets targets.

G. Reporting, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
·      Present service reports, operational analyses, and improvement recommendations to management.

H. Safety & Compliance

2. Requirements

Education
·       Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology or related field.

Experience
·      Minimum 5–8 years of experience in service operations or technical support, preferably in security systems.
·      At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

Technical Knowledge
·      Knowledge of security systems such as CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Intercom Systems, Alarm Systems, and Carpark Systems.

The Development Manager leads the development team to ensure that our developments are completed on time and to the highest standard and quality. In addition, the Development Manager is responsible for assisting with the planning design, concept and execution of any development projects and asset enhancement initiatives for commercial properties. The projects’ span across Singapore, Australia and Japan. In addition, the Development Manager is responsible with his teammates for producing any architectural and technical drawings as required by the sales and marketing team or the Investment team.
