• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects/tunnel / flyover

Job Summary

Lead and supervise M&E teams across multiple locations, coordinating on-site works, training new employees, managing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring timely response to client urgent calls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&E teams across multiple sites to ensure effective execution of mechanical and electrical works
• Collaborate with the M&E Department and main contractors to schedule and monitor progress of on-site M&E works
• Train new employees to build team capability and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Prepare detailed service reports documenting maintenance and repair activities
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to urgent client calls to resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct maintenance works at various sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Apply knowledge of ACMV systems to support M&E operations (advantageous skill)

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, including electrical and ACMV systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in ACMV systems (not essential but advantageous for role effectiveness)
