Responsibilities

1.    Accounting book keeping, AR, AP and Petty Cash.

2.    Handling office administration, documentation, filing, and managing daily operational tasks, such as calls and quotations, warranty claim and parts ordering.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1.    Diploma in Accounting.

2.    Fresh graduates are welcome.

3.   Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

4.    Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Job Summary

Lead and manage nightclub operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences by overseeing staff, inventory, safety compliance, and revenue growth initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and waiters to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain smooth club operations
• Open and close the club following established procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
• Promote the club through direct engagement and support staff in promotional activities to increase patronage
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and sanitation standards and legal requirements to maintain a safe environment
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff performance and operational efficiency
• Identify and develop revenue opportunities by recruiting talent and organizing promotional events
• Adapt to a loud, fast-paced environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays
