POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate CoE Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pacific who will be responsible for developing and enhancing Total Rewards policies, programs, and processes while ensuring consistent delivery of regional and global CoE solutions. • Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in Rewards Operations, or 5–8 years of experience across broader Human Resources functions.

Le/la spécialiste support et services aux parents de l’IFS a pour mission principale de centraliser et de traiter les questions et demandes des parents de l’IFS concernant l’ensemble des services non pédagogiques. Il/elle est chargé(e) de garantir un niveau élevé de service aux parents et aux familles en centralisant, coordonnant et répondant aux demandes d’information, aux requêtes et aux réclamations liées aux services de l’établissement.

Il/elle contribue également au bon fonctionnement du transport et de la restauration scolaire, et collabore étroitement avec les départements internes ainsi qu’avec les prestataires de services externes afin d’améliorer la satisfaction globale des parents.

RESPONSABILITES

• Est l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) des parents pour toutes les questions relatives aux services non pédagogiques. 

• Centralise et gère les feedbacks, questions et réclamations des parents de l’IFS.

• Assure le suivi administratif de toutes les demandes reçues (FAQ, statistiques, etc…).

MISSION

The main mission of the IFS Parent Support and Services Specialist is to centralize and respond to the questions and requests of IFS parents for all non-pedagogical services. He/she is responsible for ensuring a high level of service to parents/families by centralizing, coordinating, and resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns related to school services. • Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding non-academic services.

Requirements 

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in solar PV operations, maintenance, electrical systems, facilities management, or renewable energy asset operations.
• Knowledge of DG solar PV systems, electrical equipment, monitoring systems, and O&M practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with HSE documentation, risk assessments, method statements, permit-to-work processes, and site safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, logistics partners, and site activities.
• Able to monitor asset performance, identify technical issues, and support troubleshooting or escalation.
• Good coordination, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable supporting special projects and varied site requirements across Singapore.
• Practical and hands-on technical professional with strong site coordination discipline.
• Able to work with contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and timely work execution.
• Detail-oriented in documentation, quality checks, and maintenance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Family Office Structure & Process

• Assist in the setup and ongoing administration of family office structures — supporting entity establishment, governance documentation, and structural reviews across relevant jurisdictions
• Monitor the end-to-end process across legal, compliance, tax, and operations teams to ensure tasks are progressing on track and deadlines are met
• Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external parties to keep workflows moving
• Prepare client onboarding documentation, fee proposals, and internal administrative materials
• Support internal stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Finance) in the smooth day-to-day administration of client structures

Finance, Tax & Audit

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements for managed corporate structures
• Coordinate with internal auditors for annual audits of managed structures; prepare supporting schedules and documentation as directed
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns for managed structures across relevant jurisdictions
• Monitor CRS and FATCA reporting obligations and assist in ensuring timely compliance filings
• Assist in identifying tax planning considerations and escalate findings to senior advisors as appropriate

Compliance & Risk

• Support the Compliance team to ensure KYC and due diligence requirements are maintained, particularly where there are changes to client structures or circumstances
• Assist in monitoring fiduciary and regulatory risks across managed structures and flag issues for escalation
• Help drive closure of identified issues through follow-up on agreed action plans

Trust Support

• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of trust structures across key jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, Singapore, Hong Kong) to support internal queries and day-to-day administration
• Assist with trust-related documentation and compliance filings under the guidance of senior team members
• Flag trust-related issues or changes in client circumstances to the appropriate team for review

General

• Assist with training materials for the sales department
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments; support ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate administration, trust administration, private banking operations, tax support, or related professional services
• Exposure to corporate and/or trust structures across multiple jurisdictions (BVI, Cayman, Singapore, Hong Kong) — good to have; willingness to learn is essential
• Some hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, tax filing support, and/or audit coordination
• Basic familiarity with CRS, FATCA, KYC/AML requirements
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
• Good communicator — able to liaise clearly with internal teams and external parties
• Professional qualifications in progress or completed preferred: ACCA / CPA / ATP / ICSA or equivalent
