Role Summary

The Operations & Customer Service Engineer provides first-line operational and technical support for customers. The primary role of a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at an HDB Building Service Centre (BSC) is to serve as the main point of contact for residents regarding project-related matters, primarily housing defects and resident feedback. Managing product quality and driving corrective actions as customer interface.

A Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) is responsible for managing product quality from the customer’s perspective, acting as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met, issues are resolved quickly, and long-term quality improvements are implemented.

1. Customer Quality Interface

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality issues

• Support customer meetings, reviews, and audits related to quality topics

Job Requirement
