Key Responsibilities:
• Manage material purchasing requisitions, orders, and supplier quotations.
• Handle full material lifecycle on site: ordering, receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor and coordinate with QS and site team on daily material usage against project progress.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory data in the system.
• Negotiate cost, schedule, and scope with subcontractors to achieve best value.
• Ensure timely material delivery aligned with construction schedule.
• Perform stock takes, reconcile inventory, and report discrepancies to Site Manager.
• Support QS in cost control and wastage tracking.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of procurement / logistics / material management experience.
• Preferred Construction company background (site-based experience will be a plus).
• Hands-on experience in material ordering, receiving, storage, and daily usage monitoring.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
