• Assist in reporting and investigating accidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence

• Assist in preparing for and participating in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits to maintain certification standards

Job Requirements

• MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
• Preferably with ECO licensed
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building and construction safety management
• Proficient knowledge of ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage across departments and functions
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry activities and safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, manpower, and project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
