Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Site Engineers in daily site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project schedule.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Assist in site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery deployment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.

Requirements

Job Description

• Review and understand project specifications, general requirements, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Report to the Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager
• Assist in the supervision and coordination of marine construction and infrastructure works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation, and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions
• Attend meetings, and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements
• Ensure that the project quality aligns with the company and project quality plan, highlighting any areas of concern to the QMR and Project Manager to maintain high-quality standards
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the project document management system, including document filing (both hard copy and e-filing) and managing documents on the server
• Prepare monthly project reports to clients and internal stakeholders regarding quality metrics and performance

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure or marine construction projects, or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
• Familiar with safety procedures and requirements at construction sites.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple parties.

1)Preparing of plans, contracts , tenders , Bills of Quantities ( BOQ ) and other documentations

2)Performing risk assessments documents

3)To perform cost control

4)Writing reports

5)reparing and submitting invoices , claims etc

6)Providing advise and forecasts about costs

7)To read / send Email correspondence

8)Daily / weekly reports to respective Project managers

9)Update summary listing on all works. ( Daily / Weekly )

10)To liaise closely with respective site co-ordinators

11)To read and understand the Schedule of Rates for respective Contracts / Tenders

12)To attend meetings with clients as assigned by Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Operate lorry crane safely and efficiently at construction sites.
• Perform loading, unloading, lifting, and shifting of construction materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of the lorry crane.
• Ensure lifting operations comply with workplace safety regulations and lifting plans.
• Work closely with lifting supervisors, signalmen, and site personnel.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle and lifting operations.
• Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving Licence.
• Possess valid Lorry Crane Operator Licence.
• Possess WSQ Operate Lorry Crane Certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiar with construction site operations and safety requirements.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,800 – 3,700
• Gross Salary: SGD 4,000 – 6,000+ (depending on OT and experience)
