Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive in Singapore, to manage daily accounts functions and quarterly reporting while supporting finance, payroll, contracts, and executive operations to drive organisational efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities

Finance and Payroll Support

• Process payroll data confidentially, including managing e-signing of staff contracts and client documents to ensure timely and accurate payments

Sales

• Actively solicit and generate new accounts as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and payroll-related filings in Singapore.
