About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading global financial institution seeking an Analyst to join its Markets Operations team. Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements, operational needs, and project objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Min 2 years of experience in project management or consulting
• Strong capabilities in project planning, execution, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and presentation

Senior QC Analyst (Microbiology/ Pharma/ Contract)

12 Months Contract

Location : Gul Circle (5 mins walk from MRT)

Basic Salary : Up to $5,500 depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Executing analytical testing in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to the committed scheduled plans
• Performing his/ her tasks in accordance with cGMP and HSE requirements, and with the associated instructions, procedures, records, related to these tasks
• Recording all expected raw data, calculations, information, related to his/her tasks, to comply with cGMP and data integrity requirements
• Ensuring that is trained and qualified to the assigned analytical testing that requires to be qualified
• Performing the QC data review of executed tests by other analysts in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to the committed scheduled plans
• Informing his/her manager of any quality or HSE event (deviations, OOx,…) in a timely manner to ensure investigation and impact assessment are performed appropriately
• Participating actively to any investigation, where is involved, to ensure investigations and impact assessment are performed appropriately
• Executing assigned CAPAs related to remediation plans, continuous improvements
• Ensuring that his/her lab/facilities, lab instruments are kept in a quality and safety status to ensure that they can be used appropriately.
• Owning assigned stability studies, in compliance with approved stability program
• Ensuring the issuance and review of all deliverables related to assigned stability studies, such as risk assessment, protocols, reports, data trending, deviations, and summary reports
• Ensuring that sampling and testing related to stability is executed in a timely manner and stability results trend performed on time, including reports issuance
• Ensuring that all expected stability data (including events, change control…) are compiled in a proper way, to provide appropriate data trending and statistical analysis of stability studies, in compliance with associated stability protocols

Additional Accountabilities

• Review analytical results and perform audit trail review before batch release.
• Carry out on-the-job training for General and Specific Analytical Method to QC analysts and chemical technicians, by incorporating cGMP and safety aspects of the procedures.
• Perform troubleshooting of equipment in the laboratory and provide guidance to QC analysts on the troubleshooting.
• Trained and work independently on specific testing method
• Ensure availability of workplace risk assessment and safe working procedures for contractors and the quality personnel. Ensure safe working in all areas of work by practicing and communicating safety message at +QDCI Sanofi Manufacturing System (SMS) Awareness, Life Saving Rules (LSR), GMP/Data Integrity Awareness
• Other responsibilities that are not included in the above are related to quality assignments.

Our client, a well known MNC company in BioPharmaceutical Industry, located in the West is looking for QC Analyst.

Job Purpose

• Reporting to QC Chemist, the incumbent will carry out QC analyses in compliance with Laboratory and Analytical Methods ensuring quality, cGMP, heath, safety and environmental standard are met. Assist in other functions such as documentation and preparation of standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out on the job training of other QC Analysts, incorporating cGMP and safety procedures.
• Perform and carry out analytical testing in compliance with specifications, Analytical Methods, Laboratory Methods and pharmacopoeia requirements.
• Assist in monitor the calibration and maintenance program for laboratory instruments / equipment and ensure compliance with established schedules.
• Assist in qualification of laboratory equipment and validation of analytical methods.
• Ensure that analyses are carried out and reported in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices). Ensure that analyses are completed on time and are consistent with business requirements.
• Assist in conducting OOS and atypical results investigation.
• To ensure that qualification, preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment are carried out.
• Report and trend test results.
• Planning and assurance of cGMP compliant quality testing and documentation according to schedule.
• Prepare laboratory reagents in compliance with GLP and laboratory SOP requirements. Source reagents / laboratory consumables keeping in view department budget targets.
• Assist in other functions such as preparation of standard operating procedures and Assist documentation etc and participate in departmental activities as and when required. Maintenance and development of all required laboratory documents (i.e. raw data sheets, log books).
• Responsible for electronic raw data handling in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Responsible for inspection and audit preparedness with respect to cGMP and EHS issues.
• Ensure safe working in the laboratory by practicing and communicating safety.
• Other responsibilities that are not included in the above but are related to quality control and in accordance to internal guidelines and SOP

Requirements:

• Preferably possess a years’ hands-on anlaytical testing experience in a lab environment, from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiar with analytical equipments (eg. HPLC, GC etc)
• Must be analytical, methodical and quality conscious.
• Good knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP.
• Preferably possess a Diploma in chemistry/ chemical process technology / bio-process technology; or a ITE graduate.
