Overview

The Copyeditor/Subeditor is responsible for copyediting, proofreading and production editing for one of our client's marketing communications materials, working closely with writers and other creatives to maintain the highest possible standards.

The ideal candidate is technically-savvy, possesses a keen eye and an exceptional attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy in each project copy. Responsibilities:

• Coordination of Architectural Drawings: Coordinating and reviewing all architectural drawings, including design drawings and shop drawings. Ensure they are consistent, accurate and comply with the design intent, contract & authority compliances. Responsible for timely scheduling and issuance of design drawings and shop drawings align with project schedule and construction activities.
• Liaison with Consultants and Subcontractors: Working closely with architectural consultants/structural/M&E engineers and various subcontractors to resolve architectural and technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
• Statutory Approvals: Assisting in the preparation and submission of architectural drawings/ documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals such as Corenet X Gateways,Building Plan (BP), Works Permit (WP), Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
• Technical Support and Problem Solving: Providing technical support to the construction team on architectural matters, resolving design discrepancies and addressing site-related architectural issues.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintaining proper documentation of design changes, site instructions (CVIs/RFIs/SDAs) and correspondences. Attending technical meetings and Internal / External design coordination meetings to report outcomes and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Coordination of Materials and Samples: Providing technical support to construction team on the submission and approval for architectural materials, finishes and samples to ensure they meet the specified design requirements.
• Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordination/ VR Walkthrough: Familiar with Revit/Naviswork/Enscape to coordinate architectural and consultant drawings, identify clashes and ensure consistency in construction documents.
• As-Built BIM Model/Drawings: Compiling and handing over architectural as-built BIM Model/drawings upon project completion.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years or more of experience as a Design Coordinator or Architectural Coordinator working on Design & Build condominium projects for A1 main contractors.
• Proficiency in software (ACAD/Revit/Naviswork/Enscape).
• Familiar with local authorities (URA/BCA/NEA/PUB/SCDF/LTA/Nparks) requirements.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design detailing and construction processes.
• Ability builds up good relationships with consultants, work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

We are seeking a resourceful and creative Digital Creative, UX & Video Intern to support the tech team in producing visually engaging digital assets, UI/UX designs, and multimedia content. This role blends marketing design, user experience, and video production — ideal for someone looking to build a strong, diverse creative portfolio across multiple digital mediums.

You will work closely with the team to conceptualize and create marketing visuals, develop UI/UX prototypes, and produce videos ranging from product demonstrations to corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Marketing Design

• Design email EDM graphics, marketing visuals, power point presentation slides, and social content

• Create digital assets aligned with brand guidelines

2. UI/UX Design Support

• Contribute to the UI/UX design of applications and websites

• Assist in producing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

• Help refine interfaces based on feedback and usability considerations

3. Video Editing & Production

• Create and edit product demo videos, tutorials, and short corporate videos

• Assist in conceptualizing video storyboards or simple scripts

• Capture and edit footage using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar

4. Collaboration & Project Support

• Support cross-functional teams on various design and video projects

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts and UX enhancements

• Assist with daily digital tasks and administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Graduate in Digital Media, Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, UI/UX, Marketing, or a related field

• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)

• Experience or interest in video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

• Ability to create simple videos (product demo, corporate introductions, basic motion content)

• Understanding of design fundamentals, branding, and layout

• Curiosity or foundational knowledge in UX principles and interface design

• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
