Job Summary

Support daily aquarium operations by packing orders accurately, maintaining fish tanks, and ensuring cleanliness of the premises to provide a quality experience for customers and hobbyists.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders carefully to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Maintain fish tanks by monitoring water quality and caring for aquatic life to support healthy ecosystems

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and delegate to ensure smooth operation of the department daily.
• Oversee and updates of the Quality Management System and Standard of Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Lead and conduct daily on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations and operational procedures across production and retail outlets.

• Development and continuous of improvement of food safety training materials, ensuring they are relevant, up-to-date and aligned with company's policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related disciplines.
• Min. 3-5 years of work experience in QA/QC related field in food industry, preferably from food manufacturing/ food service/ food retail.
• Familiar with food regulatory/ retail hygiene requirements is an advantage.

The Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including internships, grants administration, and workforce planning. This role ensures timely hiring to meet business needs, supports work pass administration, and managing employee engagement & relations, HR policy development, and bursary management. Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead and manage regional end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions, and professional networks.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

Internship Programmes

• Oversee internship programmes, including coordination with educational institutions, internship recruitment, onboarding, and programme tracking.

Grants Administration

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Support and implement employee engagement initiatives, including employee programmes, recognition initiatives, and talent retention efforts.

• Manage and oversee employee grievance handling processes, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Management or related discipline.
