1. Human Resources (HR)

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including statutory submissions

• The role holder is responsible for driving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve Standard Chartered Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) visibility, authority and performance across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

• The role will ensure content, technical foundations and digital experiences are optimised to surface CIB products, insights and thought leadership in search results, AI-generated answers and conversational interfaces, supporting brand, acquisition and engagement objectives globally.

• The individual will work closely with the content team/ marketing team to develop content to support global business strategy and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business and market dynamics, as well a client insights and content performance.
