The role of Senior Manager, Broadcaster Servicing, is a key member of the Premier League’s global Media Rights Servicing team, providing high‑quality, day‑to‑day account support to Rights Holders across APAC. Reporting to the Head of Broadcaster Servicing for the region, the role focuses on delivering exceptional servicing across content, production coordination, and activation requirements, ensuring that broadcasters receive a premium, consistent, and professional experience at every interaction.

The role combines relationship management, operational delivery, and structured coordination across multiple Premier League departments and Premier League Studios to help broadcasters maximise the value of their rights and successfully activate the Premier League in their markets.

Key Responsibilities -

1.       Broadcaster Servicing and Daily Account Support

·        Support the Premier League’s APAC based teams, as a primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned broadcast partners across the region, ensuring timely, responsive, and solution‑oriented support

·        Help partners utilise, activate, and promote Premier League rights effectively, including brand frameworks, commercial exploitation, content workflows, production guidance, reporting deadlines, and operational processes
·        Build strong relationships with broadcaster teams, understanding their objectives, content preferences, and local market considerations

·        Ensure broadcasters maximise the content and range of production services available to them via Premier League Studios, and identify ways in which we can improve our service and broadcaster experience

1.       Rights Delivery and Coordination

•        Support the execution of contractual rights by working closely with Premier League teams, including the PL Studios, Digital, International Events, Commercial, Communications and Policy teams

•        Coordinate logistics, production needs, and distribution queries to ensure a smooth and reliable servicing experience.

•        Support broadcaster localisation efforts including across production, digital engagement, on-ground activations and promotional innovation

•        Assist the APAC and Project Delivery teams in preparing for and delivering events, screenings, talent access, market‑specific shoots, and other servicing activations on the ground in market

2.       Insights Reporting

•        Capture and maintain broadcaster insight, meeting notes, touchpoints, and content usage data to support the team and PL Studios in cross‑functional decision‑making

•        Contribute to central planning processes, including key dates calendars, case studies, post‑project summaries, and servicing reporting cycles

•        Monitor regional trends, platform behaviors, and rights utilisation to help refine servicing priorities for the region and globally

3.       Support for Global Servicing Teams

•        Provide operational and administrative support to the team, including preparing partner briefings, presentation materials, activation plans, project timelines, and servicing documents.

•        Deputise for Senior Managers in routine meetings or operational calls where appropriate, ensuring continuity of communication

•        Collaborate across London HQ, PL Studios, New York and other Premier League offices to ensure coordinated delivery and a unified servicing model. Help coordinate delivery across multiple time zones, ensuring information flows smoothly between markets

•        Work with Senior Managers to support servicing model enhancements, documentation, team processes and cross‑regional consistency

Requirements for the role:

About The Role

Reports to the Centre General Manager with specific responsibilities for planning, preparing and organizing promotional activities to increase shopper traffic for the shopping mall, handling the marketing and leasing of advertising and atrium space, management of media, as well as manage and maximize A&P budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit.

Job Responsibilities

1. Performance Enhancement and Feedback- Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, positive customer experiences, professional conduct, and packaging through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders for centre under their purview.
2. Enhance Centre Experience- Administering and overseeing logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless and well-maintained working environment, comparable to a 5-star hotel experience. This encompasses upkeep, cleanliness, and overall experiential quality.
3. Sales and Growth- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth. Hiring Criteria

• The applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• The successful applicant must be available to work on both weekends, with two weekdays off days.
