Job Description:

The Engineer (HV & MV) is responsible for supporting the engineering, technical coordination, and execution of high voltage and medium voltage switchgear/transformer projects in Singapore. This role provides technical support across the project lifecycle, including design review, engineering coordination, procurement technical clarifications, installation support, testing coordination, commissioning readiness, and final handover documentation. • Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultants.
• Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
• Verify subcontractor and suppliers' claim and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Responsible for quality/accordance to thespecification of the works.
• Check all new drawings for variation works
• Responsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities.
• Organise subcontractor pricing and negotiations.
• Organise and compile all bidding quotations.
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.
• Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company.
• Salary will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
• Minimum 2-years relevant working experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Preferably specialised in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good public relations skills

• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with designs and specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during a project.
• Administration & Reporting: Prepare site reports, maintain paperwork, and ensure compliance with all relevant administrative procedures.
