The Electrical Commissioning Specialist will be responsible for supporting the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of electrical systems for a gas turbine power project. The role involves ensuring systems are tested, verified, and ready for safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced engineer with strong Singapore project background to manage coordination, drawing control, and site execution for our Dubai project.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients to understand requirements and optimize design drawings

•⁠ ⁠Independently review architectural and engineering drawings

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with contractors and ensure accurate issuance of construction drawings

•⁠ ⁠Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper documentation records

•⁠ ⁠Ensure site works are executed according to approved drawings

•⁠ ⁠Resolve technical issues during project execution

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with authorities when required (experience in Singapore processes is an advantage)

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of construction/project experience in Singapore

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) processes

•⁠ ⁠Able to independently review and manage drawings

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with contractors and site teams

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and coordination skills

•⁠ ⁠Willing to be based in Dubai

Work you’ll do

As an Early Career Full Stack Software Developer, you will work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and consultants to design, build, and deliver modern digital applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or developers in the early stages of their career who want exposure to real client projects, modern tech stacks, and strong mentorship.

You will gain hands on experience across front end, back end, and cloud environments while developing a strong foundation in engineering best practices.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop and enhance web and application features across front‑end and back‑end components

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code under guidance from senior team members

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Designers to understand requirements and user journeys

• Support testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities

• Learn and apply secure coding, performance, and quality best practices

• Document technical designs and development work clearly

What you’ll bring

• 0–3 years of experience in software development (fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome)

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and organise the batching plants, motors etc., for preventive maintenance & repairs
• Ensure that all machinery and products meet compliance regulations
• Analyse problems or deficiencies and develop solutions to resolve them
• Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
• Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
• Ensure project timeline is met and the project stays within budget
• Other ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience working in engineering
• Firm grasp of engineering concepts and experience designing mechanical systems and products
• Excellent math skills: the ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems
• Experience using AutoCAD or similar
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
• Possess a Class 3 driving license

• Developing detailed designs.
• Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Preparing and implementing project plans.
• Researching and providing estimates for projects.
• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
• Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
• Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

PROJECT Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. Master's degree will be preferred.
• A minimum of TWO years’ industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
