Job Title: Loan Agency / Syndications Middle Office (7months contract)

Role Overview

Act as a key interface between Front and Back Office to support the setup, execution, and ongoing management of syndicated financing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Support Front Office in executing Agency and bilateral financing mandates

Manage agency roles in syndicated facilities (e.g., Facility/Security Agent)

Review legal documentation and ensure alignment with credit approvals

Coordinate deal operations (utilizations, rate fixing, rollovers)

Liaise with borrowers and lenders on amendments, waivers, and transactions

Maintain system limits and monitor collateral and covenants

Support deal tracking, compliance, and valuation inputs

Requirements

Degree in Banking & Finance, Accountancy, or related field

5+ years’ experience in Syndication or Middle Office

Experience in Structured Financing

Strong analytical, credit, and stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of local market and regulatory requirements

Job Scope:

• Plan and schedule production orders based on demand, due dates, and machine capacity, including MO release and production progress tracking.
• Manage inventory levels for finished goods, WIP, and raw materials to support on-time delivery and inventory turn targets.
• Review and take action on excess/slow-moving/obsolete stock, including initiating write-off processes.
• Plan raw material requirements and coordinate deliveries to support production schedules.
• Support order fulfilment by updating Customer Service on stock availability and changes.
• Coordinate with QC and cross-functional teams on product approvals, NCR follow-ups, and Material Review Board activities.
