• The Trade Documentation Executive is responsible for managing all export and import-related paperwork to ensure seamless international trade operations. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a part-time role (approximately 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) focused primarily on email management, communication, follow-ups, and executive support.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong judgment, able to prioritize independently, draft professional responses, and ensure important matters are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Email Management

• Review and triage the CEO’s inbox daily.

•  Categorize emails by priority and urgency.

•  Draft replies on behalf of the CEO for review and approval.

•  Handle routine correspondence independently where appropriate.

•  Ensure important emails are not overlooked and receive timely responses.

•  Maintain an organized inbox and filing system.

Executive Support

• Track action items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.

• Prepare summaries of important emails, discussions, and decisions.

• Coordinate meetings and calendar scheduling when required.

• Assist with travel, logistics, and administrative arrangements as needed.

• Maintain records of key conversations and commitments.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a professional point of contact for partners, customers, candidates and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate across teams to gather information needed for responses and follow-ups.

• Ensure commitments made by the CEO are tracked and completed.

Programme Management

·      Pre-Term Commencement

·      Plan and conduct students’ orientation.

·      Manage Student Learning Management System for students and teaching staff. (include creation of account, module enrolment and de-activation of inactive students etc)

·      Monitor students' term enrolment and provide advice on their pathway and ensure accurate module enrolment in the Student Management System.

·      Ensure course invoices are sent to students and monitor payment

·      Assigned and informed students on tutorial groups (if required).

During Term

1.  Role Overview

The HR & Admin Executive runs the day-to-daypeople-operations, office and administrative functions for Hey Co Group’s multi-brand F&B portfolio, across all entities andoutlets. This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role: keeping HR runningsmoothly, processing payroll for Finance Manager approval, coordinatingrecruitment with outlet managers, and working alongside an appointed work-passagent who handles statutory work-pass expertise. The role reports to theDirector, who owns HR strategy and senior decisions.

2.  KeyResponsibilities

Payroll

•    Runmonthly payroll across all entities — process timesheets, leave, claims andovertime (StaffAny), compute CPF, SDL and levies, and prepare IR8A / IRASsubmissions — and submit to the Finance Manager for review and approval beforerelease.

•    Maintainaccurate payroll records and statutory filing.

Recruitment Coordination
