About Us
Kai M&E Pte Ltd is an established M&E service provider specializing in corporate workplace fit-out projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced M&E professional to take on a client-facing role supporting project acquisition, delivery, and ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project pitches and presentations, providing M&E input, costing, and technical solutions
• Engage clients during meetings to understand requirements and translate them into practical M&E strategies
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and technical proposals to support tender submissions
• Act as the key interface between clients and internal M&E, design, and project teams
• Coordinate and follow up on project progress to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues
• Stay involved across selected projects from pre-award through completion
• Manage post-completion M&E matters and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Relevant experience in M&E works within interior fit-out (office projects) / construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building services (electrical, ACMV, fire protection, etc.)
• Experience in costing, tendering, or project budgeting
• Confident in client-facing situations, presentations, and discussions
• Good coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.

• Perform triage and assist doctors in emergency procedures and treatments.

• Administer medications and monitor patients’ conditions.

• Support resuscitation and trauma care when required.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to infection control and safety standards.

• Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care and flow.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Nursing

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
