The primary role of a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at an HDB Building Service Centre (BSC) is to serve as the main point of contact for residents regarding project-related matters, primarily housing defects and resident feedback. Key Responsibilities:

• The Project Officer will assist in the day-to-day coordination of project activities, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and follow-up.

• The Project Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team.

• The role may involve supporting budget monitoring and financial administration under the guidance of the project lead or finance team.

Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

•    Handle daily administrative and accounting functions

•    Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, and payment vouchers

•    Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

•    Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

•    Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and office coordination

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years experience managing a team, in community engagement, fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, volunteer management, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Experience in organising campaigns, events, or engagement programmes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and social media platforms is preferred.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Position: Assistant Executive, AP (Temp)

Period: 9 Months

Salary: $2,600 - $3,800

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare aging, deposit, advance payment and GRIR schedules, and follow up on unresolved open items.
• Obtain Statement of Accounts from suppliers and prepare creditors’ reconciliation statements for vendors.
• Extract data from accounts payable systems, including SAP, invoice databases and supplier portals, to perform reconciliation against vendor statements.
• Follow up actively on reconciling items, including obtaining certified true copy invoices where required, and provide invoice payment status updates.
• Review vendor Statement of Accounts and follow up on reconciling items aged more than three months.
• Handle vendor and internal enquiries promptly via phone and email.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant Accounts Payable or Accounting related experience.
• Experience in SAP experience is preferred
