Job duties:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, interview coordination, and onboarding preparation
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, system access, checklist)
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR database
• Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, leave records, and employee details
• Administer employee leave, attendance, and claims
• Assist in HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and basic HR reports
• Provide general HR support and respond to employee enquiries
• Manage office administration matters including office supplies, pantry items, and facilities coordination
• Assist in organizing company activities, meetings, and basic events

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
