• Design, build and deploy optimization solutions on AWS infrastructure
• Develop models for use cases such as hangar scheduling and manpower planning optimization
• Provide L2/L3 production support for optimization solutions
• Collaborate with application developers, MRO planners and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, with a focus on mathematical optimization
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building mathematical optimization models
• Solid grounding in linear programming, non-linear programming, constraint programming and heuristics
• Strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skills
• Self-driven and comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Familiarity with AWS services, containerization, version control, and agile workflows
