You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering service beyond expectation.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products & services
• Excellent customer service skills, client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English and Indonesian (to communicate with clients who speaks Bahasa Indonesia)
• One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable
• Building list of potential clients and maintain the relationships
• Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
• Hardworking and flexible, this role is not a 9-5 job
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
• Ability to travel frequently & often at short notice
