You will be involved in the overall process of ensuring that the design and development of multi-disciplinary interfaces among the different electrical and mechanical systems are compatible with the overall performance requirement. This process of managing the system interfaces and integration will be applied throughout from project design, construction and testing and commissioning phases to final completion.

You will assist in the review of technical submissions and participate in the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of these systems. You will also assist the Engineers in resolving system design / system interface / site-related issues within a stipulated timeframe. You are required to manage, supervise, monitor and report project construction, testing and commissioning progress. In addition, you will provide assistance in preparing technical specifications, participate in tender evaluation, as well as conduct design review of new rail transit systems.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Communications / Control Engineering

• Interest in project management and large scale infrastructure projects

• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills

• Able to perform shift work including weekends

• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions

Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient workflow and inventory management.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock control.
• Conduct inventory checks, cycle counts, and quality inspections for incoming and stored goods.
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and support audit preparation activities.
• Adhere to Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and participate in routine safety checks and risk assessments.
• Handle movement of goods including picking, packing, palletizing, and storage arrangement.
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or quality issues in a timely manner.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and reach truck safely and ensure proper upkeep of equipment.
• Support maintenance and basic checks of material handling equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min High-tech/diploma in Logistics or relevant studies equivalent.
• Min 2 years of experience in warehouse experience.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems will be advantageous
