We are looking for a Director, Business Development to lead the business development unit and promote growth in business and number of advisers through various engagements.

Reporting to the Senior Investment Director, Southeast Asia, this position is responsible for leading and managing projects designed to support and attract foreign direct investment into the state of Victoria and providing bespoke client advisory services across a range of key industry sectors including technology and innovation; food and agriculture; renewable energy; health; and advanced manufacturing. Key Accountabilities

1. Lead the development and execution of FDI attraction strategies and find and convert new FDI leads to achieve foreign direct investment KPIs in collaboration with the Senior Investment Director, Southeast Asia and the Invest Victoria team based in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Identify and develop a portfolio of new potential investors across the Southeast Asia region (in priority markets of Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam) by research driven target selection and pro-active marketing campaigns.

Key Selection Criteria

1. Significant experience and good working knowledge of the global business investment environment (in particular as it relates to Southeast Asia) and the major drivers and challenges which impact investment attraction strategies to Victoria. In particular, knowledge of the technology business ecosystem in SEA and Australia including knowledge of capital raising and the growth cycles of startups and scaleups.

2. What you'll do

As Director, Regulatory Compliance, Asia you will deliver on the regulatory engagement strategy and maintain our licensing responsibilities for our regulated financial services entities across Asia. About the Role

We're looking for a senior marketing analytics leader who can connect the dots between business goals, growth marketing performance, and data-driven decision making. This is a newly created position within the Marketing organization.

You will start as a hands-on individual contributor, building the foundations of marketing measurement, experimentation, and planning from the ground up. As the SEA regional lead, you would have responsibility for setting strategic and operational objectives aimed at enhancing the service. In this role the Principal is expected to work closely with other Principals and senior leaders across APAC and across the Sustainable Finance sector within the IA, B&E GSL to develop and grow Ramboll’s Sustainable Finance advisory offering, supporting clients in integrating environmental, climate, and social considerations into financial decision making. Key Objectives

Regional Business Leadership (REH – SEA)

• Set and execute the SEA REH strategy, aligned with Ramboll’s global REH and market strategies

• Oversee portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and resource deployment across countries and service lines.

Client & Market Leadership

• Act as a senior client sponsor for key public and private sector clients in SEA

Revenue and Profit Generation

Principals have primary responsibility for revenue and profit generation at Ramboll through client development, business origination, and stewardship of key accounts. Evidence of this responsibility includes:

• Sustainable revenue and profit generation equivalent to approximately SGD2,000,000 annually in net revenue (net of project expenses)
• Achievement of this revenue level within a reasonable establishment period (typically within 18 months), with continued growth thereafter to support APAC business expansion
• Significant contribution to broadening and deepening Ramboll’s client base, both individually and in collaboration with other Principals and Managers
• Demonstrated ability to leverage existing client relationships into new opportunities across Ramboll service lines and geographies
• Demonstrated collaboration with Ramboll Business Areas to support the One Ramboll approach to clients.

Superior Consulting Practice

Principals are expected to be actively engaged in client work and recognized by clients as trusted advisors. Evidence includes:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Director of Guest Experience & Hospitality Training to join our team. Based in our Singapore hub, this senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and delivering a world-class guest experience across our global portfolio, with a strong focus on our rapidly expanding Singapore operations.
