SUMMARY

The Events Specialist is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and internal engagements. This role ensures seamless delivery of high-quality experiences that align with business objectives, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations. The key objective would be to execute events that drive employee engagement and external branding, primarily in Singapore and to provide remote pre-event support for events in APAC markets. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Event Planning & Execution

• Support end-to-end execution of events, from planning through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up

Vendor & Operations Management

Stakeholder Coordination

Content & Experience Support

• Assist in developing event collateral, presentations, branding, and engagement materials

Post-Event Reporting

• Regional Regulatory Strategy & Professional Advice:
