As a Retail Sales Associates, you will represent the McHugs brand in retail stores, ensuring our plush toys are beautifully presented and well-stocked. You will play a key role in showcasing our story to customers while driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Arrange and display McHugs plush toys in an attractive and engaging way to maximize visibility and sales.

· Monitor inventory levels, replenish shelves, and report stock needs promptly.

· Support promotional campaigns and set up point-of-sale displays.

· Share product knowledge and assist customers in finding their perfect McHugs companion.

· Collaborate with store staff and the McHugs team to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Prepare and submit regular sales and stock reports to management.

Requirements

· No minimum education required (GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage).

· Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or promotions is preferred (training will be provided).

· Physically able to handle light stocking and display setup.

The team is engaged in the development of advanced power conversion technologies and system prototypes for industrial and emerging applications.

The Research Associate will support the final phase of a research project, with the key purpose of system integration, experimental validation, prototype refinement, and demonstration of a wireless power transfer system.

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Associate / Deputy / Project Manager will be using their expertise and experience to support both internal Glamco and external Customer projects for our Singapore commercial program. Specific responsibilities but not limited to the following includes:

· Manage the project and system maintenance lifecycle from Proposal development to Project Kickoff to Initial Design to Development and Testing to Customer Acceptance Testing and to System Maintenance Program.

· Working with the Business Development Team in determining the project scope of work.

· Lead, plan, execute, and commission projects according to scope, schedule and within budget including managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

· Understand the project scope and manage the project progress, budget, cost, resources, schedule and deliverables.

· Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.

· Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan.

· Undertake project status review meetings among project team members and clients.

· Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals/deliverables, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.

· Minimum of 4 years working experience in the project management related role handling OT and/or IT systems for Government projects.

· Knowledge or experience with Radar or Radio Frequencies (RF) related products is plus point.

· Knowledge or experience in networking, firewall, IT systems is a plus point.

· CAPM and above is preferred.

- Referral Intake and Screening, collaborate with Registered Nurse to conduct intake screening for resident.

• Ensure clients have completed Advance Care Planning (ACP) and/or Preferred Plan of Care (PPC) where applicable.
• Initiate conversations on end-of-life preferences, including life reviews, final wishes, and funeral arrangements.
• Provide bereavement support and short-term counselling to grieving families; refer for further support as needed.
• Coordinate pro bono funeral arrangements for residents without next-of-kin (NOK).

D. Intervention

• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to implement appropriate intervention plans.

E . General Duties

• Keep up to date with government schemes, social policies, and referral services to support clients effectively.
• Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Handle walk-in and public enquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with PDPA and organisational standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and team-based initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma in Social Sciences

- At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare / ILTC social work settings

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
