Overview

The Programme Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the implementation of the THK bloom Enabling Skills for Life Programme (ESLP) at the Geylang Bahru campus. This role involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team (Programme Executives, and Allied Health Professionals) to deliver both functional training under the NOURISH curriculum and vocational training across our key centre-based vocational tracks — Hospitality, Horticulture, and Culinary.

The Programme Assistant will provide direct support to trainees with disabilities to help them acquire functional life skills, vocational competencies, and independence, while ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Delivery - NOURISH Functional Curriculum

• Assist in conducting daily functional training sessions focusing on independent living, community living, communication, social-emotional skills, and work readiness.
