● Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related problems
● Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, and fans
● Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
● Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels
● Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed

Job Summary

This Engineer leads installation, implementation, and support of control and optimization solutions to deliver energy-efficient systems, ensuring reliable operations and providing technical expertise to teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot optimization and control products and services across regional projects to ensure system functionality and energy efficiency
• Execute project implementation including energy-saving features, Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD), data analytics, alarm analytics, and energy dashboards to optimize performance
• Develop and document control strategies aligned with project and client requirements to guide system operations
• Conduct system auto-testing, testing, and commissioning (T&C) to verify proper system functionality and compliance
• Propose retrofit solutions to enhance performance and energy efficiency of existing customer equipment
• Provide technical advisory and support to internal engineers and project teams to resolve technical challenges
