Your duties shall cover but not restricted to the following:

• Lead team of electricians
• Provide technical expertise for site preparation, project execution and coordination with adjacent trades, testing & commissioning and project handover

• 定期进行循环盘点及全面库存盘点，确保库存数据准确。
• 负责所有库存进出（入库、出库、调拨及退货）的记录与文件管理，确保及时及准确。
• 建立并维护完善的文件归档系统，确保所有仓库文件可追溯及易于查找。
• 与零件部门、运营部门及车间团队紧密合作，确保库存相关工作顺畅进行。
• 监控库存水平，并与零件团队协调补货，避免缺货或库存过剩。
• 规划及优化仓库布局（包括货架系统），提升空间利用率及作业效率。
• 合理分配存储空间，特别是针对体积大或重型的货物与零件。
• 推动持续改善措施，提高仓库运作效率、准确性及整体生产力。

职位要求

• 至少3–5年相关仓库工作经验，具备重型设备、汽车或工程行业经验者优先。
• 具备仓库或物流团队管理经验。
• 熟悉库存管理系统或ERP系统（如SAP、Auto Count或其他系统）。
• 熟悉仓库运作流程、库存控制及文件管理。
• 工作积极主动，具责任心，能够独立完成工作。
• 细心、有条理，注重数据准确性。
• 能在快节奏环境下工作并承受一定压力。
• 持有叉车执照者优先考虑。
• 能适应车间 / 工业环境（大士地区）。

Job Summary

Support project delivery by managing daily tasks, preparing tender submissions, and coordinating vendor contracts to ensure timely and accurate project progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to manage and deliver project tasks effectively on a daily basis
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the Section Head to support decision-making
• Assist in preparing tender submissions by sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts to vendors to meet project requirements
• Actively manage project deadlines and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification
• Proficient computer literacy to support project management tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager to oversee the Administrative and HR Department & managing the full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties
• Assist in payroll-related matters.
• Assist the manpower recruitment cycle.
• Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Coordinate with the HOD on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
• Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.
• Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Responsible for the licensing renewal such as BCA workhead.
• Monitor company insurance, i.e. vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc.
• Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment and etc.
• Participate in planning company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, D&D etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experiences in HR Admin and payroll related matters in construction industry
