Looking for an Assistant HR & Admin Manager / HR & Admin Manager to handle the full spectrum of HR functions and administration duties for a Singapore-based cleaning services company.To work closely with business stakeholders, department heads and employees to ensure effective management of the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Draft and post job descriptions, screen / shortlist candidates, interview and onboard new employees. Liaise with department heads on recruitment needs and hiring process

Experiencerequired

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role will oversee full group consolidation, statutory reporting, management reporting and finance operations across the Group. Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Support Business Unit, based in Singapore. This role is a strategic support position for the South East & South Asia (SESA) cluster, bridging regional execution with global marketing alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep marketing expertise strictly within the IT Distribution sector. You will be responsible for driving channel marketing strategies, collaborating with global vendors (brands), and supporting regional sales teams to accelerate business growth. Job Responsibilities:

· In charge of all leasing administration duties, which includes preparation of tenancy documents, reports, written correspondences etc.

Job Description

• Able to perform all duties of a Clinic Assistant
• Ensure the timely reporting of all clinic staff Serve as a point of escalation and catch all for clinic staff on shift
• Perform a supervisory role during the shift and always ensure service excellence.
