• Establish risk governance policies, procedures, risk registers, risk appetite frameworks, and internal control mechanisms across engineering, inspection, testing, software development, and automation business functions. 
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with engineering projects, operational processes, technology systems, digital solutions, and business operations. 
• Develop and maintain risk assessment methodologies, risk scoring models, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk dashboards, and management reporting systems. 
• Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis, scenario analysis, and predictive risk assessments to support business decision-making and operational resilience. 
• Monitor project risks related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, resource allocation, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Lead technology and cybersecurity risk assessments for IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, software applications, automation systems, and digital transformation initiatives. 
• Develop risk analytics solutions and automate risk monitoring and reporting processes using data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools. 
• Manage enterprise risk data, data quality controls, and governance processes to ensure accurate and reliable risk reporting. 
• Support business continuity planning, operational resilience initiatives, and crisis management preparedness programs. 
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality assurance, software development, IT, and management teams to strengthen risk controls, governance standards, and compliance practices. 
• Lead risk management system implementation, enhancement, integration, and process improvement initiatives to improve risk visibility and operational efficiency. 
• Support the adoption of digital technologies, AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, and data-driven risk management practices. 
• Conduct risk awareness training and promote a strong risk management culture across the organization. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. 
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Project Risk Management, Technology Risk, Quality Management, Compliance, or Governance functions. 
• Strong expertise in risk identification, risk assessment, risk mitigation planning, risk monitoring, risk reporting, and internal control frameworks. 
• Experience in managing risks associated with engineering projects, inspection and testing services, software development, digital transformation initiatives, or automation solutions. 
• Hands-on experience in developing risk dashboards, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), management reporting, and performance monitoring frameworks. 
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analytics tools for risk analysis, automation, reporting, and process improvement. 
• Experience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, machine learning applications, and data-driven decision-making methodologies. 
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise data management practices. 
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. 
• Experience with enterprise risk management systems, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms, project management systems, or operational management solutions. 
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), API integration, workflow automation platforms, and digital business applications. 
• Strong understanding of ISO 31000 Risk Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, and relevant regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Description:

The role involves monitoring and ensuring the quality of all electrical works, verifying compliance with project specifications, standards, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and manage quality control procedures for electrical works on site.

· Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and materials.

· Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for compliance.

· Monitor workmanship to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.

· Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.

· Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.

· Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports.

· Support handover and commissioning by ensuring all electrical quality requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in quality control for electrical works in large-scale construction projects.
• Those with more years of experience will be considered for senior position.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, standards, and QA/QC practices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and authority requirements in Singapore.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in industrial or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.
