• Maintain accurate HR system records (Info-Tech) for payroll, leave, claims, and attendance to support payroll processing
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with Hiring Managers and Senior HR staff
• Prepare official HR documents such as appointment, employment, and increment letters with attention to detail
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding by updating HR systems, managing internal Excel files, issuing equipment, and arranging seating
• Provide administrative support to the Accountant for accounts-related tasks to ensure smooth financial operations
• Manage procurement of office supplies including uniforms, stationery, and consumables to maintain office readiness
• Manage and maintain the company mailbox to ensure timely handling of correspondence
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments promptly
• Assist with general accounting and HR administrative duties and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our research team, working on the development of multimodal AI. What You’ll Do

• Conduct literature reviews on multimodal persuasion, visual communication, and the evaluation of large vision-language models.
• Support the design and development of datasets and evaluation frameworks for understanding interactions between images and text.
• Assist in evaluating and enhancing multimodal models for analysing and generating interleaved image-text content
• Summarize experimental results and contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and academic publications.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor degree with background in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong interest in multimodal AI, vision-language models.
• Basic experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch is preferred.

We are looking for an individual with expertise in creative design research – research through design – who is committed to addressing pressing global challenges such as decarbonization, social justice, and inclusive futures. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on tropical geographies, particularly Southeast Asia and/or other equatorial climates, integrating these contexts into innovative design solutions for warming and fractured world futures. A PhD or a Master's degree is a prerequisite for this position.

We seek candidates whose research is deeply embedded in creative design practice and demonstrated through a robust portfolio of creative practice outputs, validated through peer-reviewed publications and societal engagement. Candidates should have a proven ability to lead with forward-thinking, anticipatory design ideas that influence both the profession and society. We are especially interested in candidates who are leaders in Research by Design methods and who leverage creative practice to envision and manifest a more just world through traditional and nontraditional research outputs.
