Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination BIM models and drawings.
• To Verify and clarify the design for Engineering drawing perspective.
• Assists the Engineering design team to produce design drawings such as site plans, l layouts, sections, elevations and details.
• Maintains the Engineering drawings to be updated according to revised layout and design all the time.
• Makes the necessary updates to the designs drawings or specifications basing on Architects and Engineers’ instruction.
• Helps Architect and Engineer to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings.
• Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD-BIM standard specifications.
• Involves in the compilation of as-built models and drawing documentation.
• Ensure drawing and model deliverables conform to CAD/ BIM standards.
• Keeps discipline drawing list be updated, ensures drawing revision system is followed.
• Produces 3-Dimensional (3D) BIM model. Ensure 3D object modelled can be physically constructed.
• Produces 2D/3D deliverables based on design and construction schedule.

• MEP Disciplines - Produces Process and Instrument Diagram drawings for Mechanical systems; Produces Pipework and Ductwork routing layouts and details; Preparation of Piping Isometric, section and detail drawings.
• MEP Coordination - Ensures Mechanical, Electrical and Process systems are coordinated to meet space co-ordination requirements.
• MEP Coordination - Works on combined services drawings to identify and resolve possible clashes; Produces coordinated layouts and sectional drawings.
• MEP Coordination - Provides space design recommendation to design and construction team; Coordinates with engineer to resolve any clash problems on site.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma/ Institute of Technical Education in a related engineering field
• Senior level - at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in CAD design and coordination of construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Plant 3D and PID or equivalence
• Preferably Immediate / short notice starter

Responsibilities
● Work on multiple products within the team’s portfolio
● Write clear and meaningful user interface copy
● Contribute to development of user flows and content strategy
● Establish voice and tone guidelines, and maintain a glossary to ensure consistent use of terms
● Work with translators to localise the user experience into multiple languages
● Design and conduct usability studies, and use findings to improve our work
● Drive Information Architecture (IA) activities, including content audits, inventories, card-sorting and tree-testing.

• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce SketchUp 3D and construction drawing.
• Manage budget and deadlines on projects
