About the Role:

As SKINARMA’s Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for transforming briefs and

We are a local renovation SME looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to handle site surveys, prepare design drawings, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements, take photos, and understand client requirements
• Prepare 2D layouts and 3D design drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for costing and budgeting
• Present designs to clients and make revisions based on feedback
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work follows approved designs

The Role

You will work closely with homeowners to shape their spaces - from initial conversations to execution.

• Welcome clients at our showroom and introduce our products
• Understand clients’ lifestyle, spatial needs, and design preferences
• Develop layout concepts and drawings using SketchUp (no CAD detailed drawings needed)
• Guide clients through the design journey from concept to confirmation
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth execution

• Have a natural sensitivity to space, proportion, and materials
• Communicate with ease in English & Mandarin
• Are familiar with SketchUp (or some basic knowledge)
