• Manage all reservation channels to accurately record and confirm room bookings

SCOPE

• Handle all front office cashiers’ transactions such as posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to the procedures. At the end of shift, balance their cash float.
• Answer all guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, provide/receive information and takes appropriate actions or refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. Troubleshoot issues in payment systems: SWIFT Alliance [AWP, SAA, SAG], SWIFT Online Operation Manager, and MEPS+

Work with risk and compliance tools like Risk Authority (RAY) Moody’s and BAE Systems DETICA

Manage code/version control using ClearCase, ClearQuest, and Aldon

Perform data analysis and debugging using SQL_Plus, SQL Developer, TOAD, and ORMSCollaborate with business, QA, and production support teams for deployments and incident resolution

Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX AIXGood to Have:  Experience in banking domain, payment processing, or treasury systems

Mandatory : Experience with SWIFT Alliance, MEPS+, and regulatory compliance systems.

• 9+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiar with Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot, for microservices development.
• Experienced in Spring Integration for scalable integration solutions within the Spring Framework.
• Mandatory experience in the banking domain, preferably in corporate actions.
• Skilled in cloud technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proficient in integrating both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experienced in either Angular version 6 and above or React.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Apache Camel is an added advantage. Strong communication skills.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

• Minimum 10 years of development experience in Data warehouse technologies, data modelling and ETL development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with programming languages like Python.
• Experience working on both real-time and batch processing data pipelines.
• Experience working on big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Presto, etc.
• Passionate about technologies and building robust and scalable Systems.
• Must have experience automating pipelines using Jenkins, Gitlab and hosting on Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience of BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau etc. would be an advantage growing in the role.
• Knowledge of Temenos T24 is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading the delivery of system/software development projects in a structured environment. • Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
• Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
• Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.

Technical Development:
• Experienced in Informatica, database (My SQL or Oracle or Sybase) and Shell script.
• Experienced in Python.
• Experience on building data pipelines.
• Exposure to Cloud technologies is preferred.
• Good knowledge and experience in using big data components.
• Experience on BI tools – Tableau etc. is preferred.
