• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote events and programmes, including creating content for social media, eDMs, and website updates.

• Coordinate with designers and external vendors to produce event collaterals, presentations, and publicity materials.

• Manage event registration, communications, and post-event engagement, including follow-ups, surveys, and reports.

• Liaise with sponsors, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless event and marketing delivery.

• Assist in curating meaningful programmes and guest experiences that reflect the Chamber’s mission and values.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of events and marketing initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Proven experience in planning and executing events of varying scale (corporate or design-related preferred).

• Strong understanding of marketing communications, including social media, eDM, and brand storytelling.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable using tools such as Canva, Eventbrite, and Mailchimp.
