⦁ Experience in content creation (TikTok/Instagram preferred)

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for local and foreign employees
• Monitor and keep record of staff attendance, timecards, leave records, medical reimbursements, deductions, claims etc.
• Process tax clearance for foreign employees, CPF, absentee payroll, government salary subsidies / grants, Year-end Forms IR8A and Form IR21 etc.
• Familiar with statutory submission in Singapore, payroll software (Infotech and internal systems)

Job Summary

Operate and maintain cranes safely and efficiently, perform regular inspections and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety procedures to support daily construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes following safe operating procedures to ensure safety and efficiency on site
• Inspect cranes daily to identify damages or repair needs and complete the daily crane checklist accurately
• Perform routine maintenance to keep cranes in good working condition and safe for ongoing operations
• Manage work schedule to meet operational demands

Requirements

• Valid crane operator certificate and license relevant to crane operation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant crane operation experience
• Positive attitude toward work and teamwork

• Oversee and lead the team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company’s safety systems at sites
• Inspect and examine the workplace to ensure workplace safety compliance
• Identify safety, environmental health non-compliance and recommend measures to rectify
• Liaise with authorities and clients on matters pertaining to environmental, workplace safety issues
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues .
• Conduct & organize internal / external WSH trainings for staffs.
• Conduct incident investigations & propose corrective actions.
• Review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety.
• Conduct regular inspection and audits on the safety provisions.
• Conduct, review & submit Risk Assessments.
• Prepare safe work procedures for site activities.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in WSH
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Possess a valid registration with MOM
