Their duties and responsibilities are focus on ensuring the project is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Detailed breakdown of their responsibilities shall be as below and but not limited to:

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Work Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment are available as per project needs and schedules.
• Coordination with Contractors: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the installation process to ensure timely delivery and work execution.

2. Site Supervision

• Site Setup: Oversee the setup of the installation site, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
• Installation Supervision: Monitor the installation of ACMV systems such as ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), BMS system, ESCS system, Jet Fan system and other components.

• Collaborate with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.

Requirement:

• Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes and industry practices.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Student Supervision

• Monitor students on the gym floor to ensure safety and discipline.
• Escort students to the toilet or other designated areas when required.

Coach Support

• Assist coaches in managing class flow and transitions between activities.
• Provide immediate support for any student issues or concerns during sessions.

Movement Facilitation

• Help organize and guide students during warm-ups, drills, and rotations.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow within the gym to avoid congestion or confusion.

Safety & Well-being

• Respond promptly to minor incidents or needs, escalating to coaches and bacak office when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of gym safety rules and reinforce them with students.

Operational Assistance

• Support setup and tidying of equipment before, during, and after classes.
• Communicate effectively with coaches and staff to ensure seamless class delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children or in a fitness/education environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and attentive in a dynamic environment.
• Physically active and able to move quickly around the gym floor.
• Part-time or full-time depending on class schedules.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Job Summary

Support project management by coordinating site preparation, stakeholder communication, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery of machinery installation and mechanical & electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Report project status and updates to the Project Manager and collaborate with all project team members
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Prepare and coordinate site preparation activities and submission documents for project approvals
• Develop detailed work schedules, manpower allocation, and resource plans to optimize project execution
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design tasks to support project needs
• Identify technical issues proactively and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress
• Coordinate and enforce safety management systems on site to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Supervise site coordination and installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to ensure quality deliverables
• Monitor and report project progress regularly to stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of Singapore standards and Codes of Practice relevant to project execution
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision
