• Coordination with other trade of contractors such as Electrical System, Process System, Structural etc.
• Participate in in-house engineering design works of Mechanical system, including detailed design, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc.
• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Participate in liaison with Mechanical System’s suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation.
• Prepare material submittals for Mechanical system to the Consultant for approval.
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all Mechanical System’s equipment and materials.
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects.

Requirements

• Min Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV / Fire Protection / Plumbing & Sanitary Background
• Min 8 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling ACMV / Fire Protection / Plumbing & Sanitary works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Experienced and possessed relevant design knowledge in Mechanical System is an advantage.
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage

Requirements:

➢ Knowledge of high performance, low power SRAM/ROM and VLSI design is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Plans and coordinates the installation of M&E service.
• Liaising closely with stakeholders to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
• Interpret drawings to settle the discrepancy/non-compliance in drawings, and optimize the M&E installation and the VE works.
• Prepare project M&E master program and ensure M&E programs in line with the project master schedule.
• Supervise /monitor sub-contractor to carry out works complying with project schedule and safety as well as quality requirement.
• Coordinate with other trade to ensure smooth progress.
• Attend project meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties.
• Organize regular M&E meeting with subcon and supplier.
• Assist Contract Department to carry out verifications of various claims and VO from M&E subcontractor.
• Assist contract department in monthly progress claim,VO claim to client.
• Liaise with Project Manager and consultants in solving technical and detailing issues of M&E works.
• Coordinate with authorities for electricity, gas, and water turn on.
• Arrange and attend various M&E inspection, submit closure report.
• Ensures that project M&E documents such as, all respective drawings, ISO documents, email communication, meeting minutes are kept safely and up to date.
• Other adhoc duty assigned.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or degree in building construction related course.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in M&E coordination of Singapore HDBBTO project is required.
• Experience in coordianting with PWCS specialist for HDB project in PWCS bin center is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong team and collaborative skills.
