• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably dealing with automotive spare parts.
• Skilled in using Accpac and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• With technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts is an added advantage.
