Overview The 3R Management Associate (MA) Program is a structured rotation designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career in credit investing and portfolio management. Director – Institutional Account Management

The Director – Institutional Account Managementrole supports the institutional business in delivering high-quality service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and their underlying clients.
