What You'll Be Doing

• Advise and guide prospective students on suitable courses and career pathways.
• Promote Beauty, Wellness, Aesthetic, Massage, Holistic Therapy, and Professional Certification programmes.
• Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website leads, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conduct course consultations and recommend training solutions based on individual career goals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-up communications.
• Assist students through the enrolment process and provide excellent customer service.
• Organise and participate in education fairs, open houses, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Support social media engagement and lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and sales reports.
• Collaborate closely with trainers and administration teams to ensure a positive student experience.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in education consultancy, course sales, student recruitment, telemarketing, customer service, beauty industry sales, or related fields will be an advantage.
