The Food Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent food quality, food safety, operational compliance, and workplace safety across the Central Kitchen, restaurants, and retail outlets. Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Container Inspection

·        Attend container unstuffing and conduct quality inspections upon arrival.

·        Check pulp temperature, packaging condition, pallet condition, carton labelling, and overall shipment condition.
