RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Process Engineer (Machining) will be responsible for industrializing machining processes (includes CNC mill/turn, EDM, lathes) for gas turbine component repairs.

• This role includes the implementation and qualification of new equipment and technologies, as well as driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Industrialize machining processes for new and existing products - Qualify CNC milling/turning, EDM, lathes, and other machining processes to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure all machining processes adhere to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.

Job Summary

Perform Manufacturing Engineering activities within Engine Overhaul and Component Repair production areas. Act as the Technical Authority, ensuring the initial and ongoing capability of production methods to consistently produce conforming products, and driving the resolution of technical issues, problems, and deviations to meet business and customer requirements in safety, cost, delivery rate, and lead time (SQCD). Job Responsibilities

Qualification / Experience
