What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver imaginative 3D design solutions that captivate both internal teams and external clients, driving engagement and achieving strategic objectives.

• Serve as a pivotal creative conduit, translating the vision and requirements between internal teams and external clients into compelling 3D visual concepts and storyboards.

• Articulate and champion design concepts through persuasive presentations to diverse stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.

• Own and drive the end-to-end creative process, producing innovative and feasible 3D solutions from initial brief and conceptualisation, to designs and final build execution, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.

• Provide expert guidance and direction to the Production team, ensuring accurate and high-quality realisation of approved 3D designs.

• Proactively ensure and surpass client needs and expectations through exceptional 3D design work and a commitment to understanding their objectives.

• Adapt to evolving business needs by undertaking additional roles and responsibilities as required towards the team’s success.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the MICE industry or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs for events and spatial environments.

• Demonstrated ability to analyse client briefs, extract key objectives, and translate into innovative and feasible design concepts.

• Strong proficiency in spatial planning, coupled with exceptional creative flair and the ability to visually communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, renderings, and presentations.

• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to confidently and persuasively present design concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Proven ability to accurately translate creative visions and conceptual designs into detailed and precise production-ready drawings and specifications.

• High-level proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, with a strong understanding of their application in event design.

• Competent in utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite for documentation, communication, and project management.

• A strong commitment to accuracy and quality, with the ability to maintain focus and deliver exceptional work even when managing tight deadlines and demanding projects.

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to strict timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of all required deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and produce the right high-quality UI visuals for the mobile game, including interface layouts, HUD elements, icons, buttons, pop-ups, reward panels, store pages, event interfaces, and other player-facing assets.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand interfaces with strong attention to readability, hierarchy, composition, spacing, color usage, and overall player experience.
• Work closely with product, art, and the tech team to translate gameplay features and product requirements into functional and right UI designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interactive Media, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, branding, advertising, digital campaigns, mobile apps, games, or related creative industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UI, layout, branding, or digital campaign work.
• Proficiency in Figma/ Sigma and Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop.

As a member of the Design Team, you will work closely with our Design Lead to develop creative and meaningful design ideas associated with high-quality Sportswear, Activewear, and Performance wear. This entails merging conventional and contemporary methodologies while possessing a firm understanding of design theory.

Your role will be providing comprehensive support to the team across diverse projects and assignments to take these concepts from sketches to both physical and digital sample, which will be presented through design pitches and analysis.

I) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Brainstorm and research to create seasonal apparel collections based on market trends, targeted brands, and customer personas.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends, colors, fabrics, trims, technology, and other sports-related products through various ways of research and product usage experience.
• Manage the design process from conceptualize to final styling, incorporating new concepts and ideas into the final collection including designing and product development.
• Be accountable for the creative approach, defining and developing it to ensure successful collection development.
• Prepare and monitor moodboards, designs, sketches, and technical packs for collection development.
• Create initial design via sketches, virtual 3D or develop mock-up to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Assist in the preparation of CWS, product information through detailed drawings with accurate measurements and fabrics
• Ensure feasibility and precision in execution from initial development through bulk
• Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and complete follow-through on areas of responsibility by reviewing and developing fitting prototypes and samples; effectively communicate necessary changes to the team
• Maintain close working relationships with the team and in-house production team to ensure seamless execution of designs, deliver high-quality output and updates on the status of samples
• Attend style fittings and provide input and feedback
• Work on technical measurements, conduct sampling, testing to ensure fit and quality and checking of all final pieces to ensure they are presentation-ready
• Prepare presentations and assist in set up of Spectrum and Concept presentations
• Communicate and present design concepts in a concise and professional manner
• Proficient in collaborating with a team and adapting to changes in the work environment and responsibilities.

II) JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion/Sportswear Design required
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Relevant work experience in a Fashion Design/Technical or Proficiency 3D platforms (Clo/ Browzwear) role is a plus.
• Possess a strong technical foundation and knowledge in apparel construction, patterns and textiles required.
• Ability to gather appropriate input and make clear, well-reasoned decisions.
• A professional team player, eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills
• Driven individual with the ability to be hands-on, have aesthetically keen eye for high end designs
• Well-verse in discussing and presenting design work across to the team; open to giving and receiving feedback.
