The Mechanical & Electrical Design Manager will lead and oversee the mechanical design team for all cleanroom, process utility, and HVAC system project. Responsibilities:

a. Technical Review – Review architectural, consultants’, and all specialists’ drawings, layouts, and specifications. Ensure all M&E designs meet contractual requirements and comply with relevant local authority standards (BCA, PUB, SCDF, etc.).

b. Design Coordination – Manage and integrate all M&E design works with architectural, structural, and other disciplines. Resolve design discrepancies with consultants and subcontractors to achieve a fully coordinated and buildable design.
